- Explore possibilities at current location.
- If current location expansion not possible, look for space leasing opportunities within Maple Ridge.
Explore partnerships with non traditional groups
- Community partnerships are valued and can result in more effective services.
- Recognize that new and emerging groups share Alouette’s values and goals.
Celebrate clients’ successes
- Hold events to celebrate client success in their treatment.
- Establish scholarships, bursaries, awards.
- Hold well-publicized events to recognize clients’ achievements.
Communication and branding
- Telling Alouette’s story is a key part of gaining public awareness and support.
- Organizational values are clearly articulated and are at the core of all of its activities
