Counselling & Prevention Services

Alouette offers counselling and prevention support to adults and youth in Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge communities who are impacted by substance use.

More Information

People impacted by substance use might be an individual struggling with an addiction, or a family member impacted by another’s substance use. Funded by Fraser Health, our services are provided to residents of Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge at no cost to you.

Counselling Support

Alouette offers one-on-one counselling in person, by phone, or virtually, as well as a daily in-person group. You can also join virtually. Each of our group programs are drop-in format.

You can access Alouette’s counselling services by coming in person to one of our daily drop-in sessions.

You can also have your name added to the drop-in list, call 604.467.5179, extension 101, at the start of the daily drop-in time. Phone calls are made after the in-person people have been seen and if there is time available.

Monday and Tuesday: 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm
Wednesday to Friday: 8:30 am to 11:00 am

Please leave your contact information with reception, and a counsellor will call you back when they are able. Drop-in counselling services are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Prevention Services

Additionally, Alouette offers prevention services to school aged youth with brief individual support, as well as groups and presentations. We also offer more intensive supports to youth with a substance use issue. To access our prevention services please call 604.467.5179, extension 101.
